Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born on June 13, 1962, in the United States is an actress. After her debut film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack participant in WarGames in 1983 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a part of this group. Sheedy received an Independent Spirit Award Best Female Leading for her performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for more than 20 years. Her movie career started in her early 80s when she was featured in the crime drama film, Bad Boys. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Following her success in her first film she later appeared in the comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of best films aimed at high schools. It was produced for less than $1,000,000 however it made over 50 million dollars. Additionally, she began appearing in various TV shows such as CBS Schoolbreak which was her TV debut. The show targeted teenagers and began airing in April 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are a few of the other series in where she's been featured. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister, a film about a super hero where Sheedy is the role of a tiny cameo. Sheedy is the recipient of numerous awards for her exceptional performances, including an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
